If you are taking any type of pharmaceutical or non-pharmaceutical drugs or if pregnant please consult with the retreat center in order to make sure you can participate in all activities or what measures to take to safely be able to participate in the retreat. If you would like more detailed info on any of these services or activities please email the retreat center with your questions and more information will be provided.
